Arrogance

Arrogance creates noise and chaos
In its quest turned inward
Like a chameleon’s tongues
It suck sap from the bones
And throws one deep
Into the shrine of the dead
It is indeed a slippery slope
That dares only dance to its own tune
Without melody except seeing its own Self
